I am an experienced and qualified Psychotherapist. I work with all forms of depression and anxiety including GAD (generalised anxiety disorder), OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and BDD (body dysmorphic disorder), panic attacks, panic disorder, low self esteem/confidence and relationship concerns. Due to my Health Psychology training I specialise in working with Health Anxiety, still a concern due to the continued presence of Covid.
